Help

Your first work session, start to finish.

Three moves: say what you are building, pick the one thing the week has to move, then read the plan that comes back and change the line that is nearly right.

Describe your idea

Write it the way you would say it out loud: what it is, who it is for, and what they use instead today. Two sentences is plenty, and the field tells you when it wants more.

The shape that works: “Invoicing for electricians who bill from the van.” No pitch, no adjectives — just the thing and the person.

Pick a focus

One choice decides what the week leans towards: finding the first customer, sharpening the offer, shipping the first version, or pricing it and asking for money. Pick the one that is actually blocking you this week, not the one that sounds most impressive.

Read your plan

The session drafts the week in order and hands it back on the plan screen. Read it once to see the shape, then change the task that is nearly right — narrower, named after a person you can reach this week.

The positioning statement, the landing copy and the first-customer message are written from the same idea, and they sit together on the drafts screen.
